I’ve been using runtastic for a while, but lately the syncing has been really frustrating. A couple of my runs just never showed up in my account, and when I logged out to try to fix it, I had trouble getting back in. The password reset eventually worked, but only after a few tries. What annoyed me most was that the support page didn’t really make it clear what I was supposed to do next. The app is good when everything works, but if my workout data can disappear like that, it’s hard to fully trust it.

I gave it another try, but the subscription price really caught me off guard this time. For what I need, mostly just basic run tracking, it feels like too much. I kept noticing little things I used to check, like pace breakdowns and extra stats after a run, were tucked behind the paywall. Even the post-run summary felt kind of bare unless you upgrade. It’s not a bad app, but for the price now, I just can’t justify it.

I used runtastic for a while, but lately it’s been really flaky. It freezes mid-run, sometimes doesn’t save anything, and the GPS distance is just off. I’ve updated it and restarted my phone, but it keeps happening. Frustrating

I’ve reached out twice now and still haven’t heard back after several days. Kinda frustrating, not gonna lie, feels like I’m just sitting here waiting with no clue what’s going on.

I use Runtastic for my runs and walks, and for the most part the GPS works Okay. But every now and then it’ll cut corners or randomly add extra distance, especially when I’m around taller buildings. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, just not quite as accurate as I was Hoping.

I canceled my subscription thinking that meant I wouldn’t be charged again, but I still got billed anyway. The way they word the cancellation is misleading, because it made it seem like everything was taken care of. I expected a refund after canceling, but I haven’t gotten one

I’m assuming the training features follow some kind of pattern, but I couldn’t really figure it out while using them. It felt harder than it needed to be, and I kept getting stuck trying to understand what to do next...
